VALUES. Real Estate is an owner-managed real estate group from Hamburg with more than ten billion euros of assets under management. The website brings the group’s four business lines, development, investment and asset management, fund management and property management, into one calm, architectural layout with large photography and a restrained typographic system.

I developed the site on WordPress with a custom Oxygen build: service and asset-class pages, a newsroom for press and blog, ESG and career sections and a German/English setup. GSAP handles the scroll animations, Lenis the smooth scrolling and Swiper the image sliders.
