ELLA
LIVING
WordPress Development / Real Estate / Flat Finder / Multilingual
ELLA LIVING is a new-build project by Kondor Wessels in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg: 62 condominiums with one to four rooms, each with a balcony or terrace and a sustainable energy concept. The website has to do two things at once, convey the calm of the architecture and get interested buyers to the right apartment quickly.
I developed the site on WordPress with a custom Oxygen build: a flat finder for the apartment types, key facts, location and project pages, a sustainability section and a contact flow for the showroom. GSAP animations and Lenis smooth scrolling keep the experience quiet and precise, and the site is fully available in German and English.
